i loved the location it is nestled in a quiet upscale area two embassies are nearby the area offers a serene atmosphere for a relaxing visit my room was super clean every amenity was available the staff were pretty good too ensure i had a pleasant stay they were always ready to help

quiet room convenient location
The location is near the Arc de Triomphe (very convenient). There is also an elevator plus the rooms are quiet.

inadequate soundproofing missing toiletries
the location proved convenient for my needs.
The room i occupied, a traditional double or twin room, lacked adequate soundproofing. Noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway were quite audible, disrupting sleep. additionally, the promised toiletries were not fully stocked upon arrival. I had to request additional supplies, which should have been checked prior to my check-in.

safe atmosphere every amenity shower problem carpet stain
The location is great. The area is very peaceful, it offered a safe atmosphere for my visit. My room was super clean and well kept. It had every amenity I needed.
The bathroom needed updates. There was a hole in the bath that had not been fixed properly. There were chips in the mirror and the shower did not work properly. I also saw burnt stains on the carpet.

the breakfast was fantastic. the staff was very friendly. my room has all promised amenities and a large balcony. the location felt really great.
the room was very small with a bathroom very narrow. the light was not very bright in the bathroom. there was mold in the bathroom and it smelled bad.

lack of air conditioning no contact
The location provided convenient access to the metro station.
The air conditioning malfunctioned, and I reported it to the reception. No one addressed the issue, and there was nobody available for contact during the night. This lack of response ruined my experience because of the heat.
